My E Cities DOES NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING. Any business that gives the buyer FREE shipping is still charging them for it. If you think you got $30 of FREE shipping, the chances are that $60 was added to the initial price of the product. For this reason My E Cities WILL NOT offer FREE shipping in order to keep the prices you pay for merchandise as low as possible. Compare My E Cities prices to the businesses that offer FREE shipping on same or similar merchandise and we think you will agree with us. The retail prices are for reference only. A reference retail price is the full retail price of the same or similar merchandise offered by department stores, specialty shops and other non discount sellers; or our suggested retail replacement cost at open stock prices. My E Cities suggests that you compare our prices with those offered by others. Customer credit cards
will be billed as My E Cities. For all customer inquires please email
billing@myecities.com Prices are subject to change without notice. Minimum handling fees ARE NOT shipping costs. Minimum shipping costs are applied to purchases of less than $10 shipping. Customers are liable for all shipping costs. My E Cities offers no refunds on web services, Search Engine submissions, and Web Hosting. NO REFUNDS are given for merchandise or services just because a customer has changed their mind after placing an order. Or, because the customer did not like the assorted item that was shipped. Assorted items may not match picture shown, but are assorted belonging to that series, and are of similar style, look and quality. Assorted items are not picked items. All products come with a warranty from the manufacturer against initial defects. This warranty does not cover shipping and handling damage. All returned merchandise MUST HAVE prior authorization with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returned shipments MUST BE in the original undamaged box that may used for restock/resale. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to ALL authorized returned merchandise. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any items or cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. KEEP the box until a UPS claim is filed. UPS may require to view the box. All discrepancies must be reported immediately. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
