MEMBER AGREEMENT
As
a registered member of My E Cities.com you will be entitled to further
discounts, coupons, services and extra special offers by My E Cities.com
member businesses. It is your information that will decide how My E
Cities evolves. You, the registered member will be the webmaster of
what you receive.
Purchases
on the Service
If User wishes to make purchases on the Service, User may
be asked by the merchant or information or service provider from whom
User is making the purchase to supply certain information, including credit
card or other payment mechanism information. User agrees that all information
User may provide any merchant or information or service provider on the
Service for purposes of making purchases shall be accurate, complete and
current. The merchants and information and service providers offering
merchandise, information and services on the Service set their own prices
and may change prices or institute new prices at any time. User agrees
to pay all charges incurred by users of User's account and credit card
or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are
incurred. User shall also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes
relating to purchases on the Service.
Rush
Orders
A Rush Order puts the buyer in front of the waiting line and does not
guarantee delivery within a specified time. During the Holiday Seasons
and depending on the shipping method chosen by the buyer delivery can
take longer on items than expected. My E Cities can not be held liable
for delivery time of Rush Order merchandise whether it is an in stock
item or from a supplier. The consumer purchases a Rush Order at their
own request and shall not hold My E Cities liable for any extra time that
the buyer feels that the order should have arrived.
INFORMATION
All
information submitted to My E Cities.com by the registered member will
be the property of My E Cities.com. This information may or not be used
for marketing purposes. In the event that any user information is used
for said marketing purposes, neither the member name, nor any identifying
information of the registered member, will be a part of said marketing.
All information that is provided by the registered user member will
be used to further enhance the products or services offered to the registered
user member.
No credit card information will be given, sold or traded on the My E
Cities.com web site.
My
E Cities.com uses security measures to prevent the unlawful misuse of
information obtained from the registered member. Only authorized My
E Cities.com employees that maintain the My E Cities.com web site are
permitted to have access to the personal information database.
MARKET
RESEARCH
A
registered member may be asked to participate in market research by
various companies. This does not imply that My E Cities.com is responsible
for any offers or payments offered by market research companies.
My

E Cities.com is not responsible for any availability or quality of products
or merchandise sold, or auctioned by member businesses on the My E Cities
web site. My E Cities.com assumes no liability, implied or not, for
any offers, of the businesses and/or links on the My E Cities.com web
site. All shipping costs and means of shipment are between My E Cities.com
member businesses and the buyer, My E Cities.com is not liable or responsible
for any shipment of products. My E Cities is not liable for or responsible
for late shipments due to union disputes or lockouts. There is no cooling
off period of purchases by customer and no returns based on change of
mind or mistake by customer.
